Phase 4: The South Coast & The West Country of the King Charles III England Coast Path spans from Brighton all the way to St Ives, covering Segments 20 through 29.

This phase offers a spectacular journey through some of England’s most famous, historic, and rugged coastal landscapes. Along this stretch, walkers can explore:

• The historic naval city of Portsmouth, views of the Isle of Wight, and the peaceful New Forest coast.
• The world-renowned Jurassic Coast, featuring ancient natural wonders like Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, and the 18-mile shingle expanse of Chesil Beach.
• The English Riviera in Torquay, the rugged South Hams, and the historic Plymouth Hoe.
• Charming Cornish fishing villages such as Looe, Polperro, and Mevagissey.
• Iconic southwestern landmarks, including the Lizard Peninsula (the UK’s southernmost point), St Michael’s Mount, Land’s End, and the stunning open-air Minack Theatre carved into the granite cliffs.
